Associate Positions
The following opportunities are available in the Northern California cities of San Francisco, Sacramento, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and San Jose.
All positions require strong academic performance at a top law school, including excellent analytical and writing skills. Top 20% of class strongly desired. Most positions require membership to the CA Bar.

Bankruptcy - 3+ years litigation areas of workouts, debtor, creditor, trustees, buyers, and finance.
Commercial Litigation - 3-5 yrs. Commercial areas of insurance coverage, product liability, complex business, or construction.
Employment - 3+ yrs. counseling and litigation.
Energy - 2+ yrs. regulatory and/or transactional experience; utility restructuring or project development desired. Large firm experience required.
Health Care - 2+ years transactional & litigation.
Intellectual Property Litigation - All levels; licensing, trademark, trade secrets, copyright. First chair responsibility desired. National law school and large firm experience desired.
Intellectual Property Patent - All levels litigation and prosecution. Technical background in any areas of chemical, pharmaceutical, physics, life science, mechanical, engineering. Admission before USPTO required.
Real Estate - 5+ yrs. transactional and litigation.
